CANCELLATION POLICY:

CancellationΒ Requests must be made via email sent to flowersplusgifts@outlook.com not less than 5 days from scheduled pick up or delivery date.Β 

A Cancellation Processing Fee applies to all eligible orders.

Requests forΒ Rescheduling or In-Store CreditΒ are accepted if received 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Orders with immediate or next-day delivery cannot be cancelled.
