🌸 How to Place a Pickup Order
- Browse & add to cart — find your arrangement and click "Add to Cart"
- Go to your cart — click the cart icon at the top right
- Select "Store Pickup" — tap the Store Pickup tab in your cart (it will highlight when selected)
- Choose your pickup date — select your preferred date from the calendar
- Proceed to checkout — enter your contact details and confirm your order
- You're all set! — you'll receive a confirmation email. Please call us at 604-877-1945 if you need to adjust your pickup time.

🌸 Same-day orders: We'll do our best! Please note that last-minute orders are crafted with the flowers we have available in-store that day.
🚚 How to Place a Delivery Order
- Browse & add to cart — find your arrangement and click "Add to Cart"
- Go to your cart — click the cart icon at the top right
- Select "Local Delivery" — tap the Local Delivery tab in your cart (make sure this tab is highlighted before proceeding!)
- Choose your delivery date — select your preferred date from the calendar
- Proceed to checkout — enter your delivery address and contact details
- Confirm & pay — complete your order and you'll receive a confirmation email
- We'll be in touch! — our team will confirm your delivery window. For same-day delivery, call us at 604-877-1945
